    ROSEBAY WILLOW-HERB:- (chaemerion/epilobium augustifolium) Pick only young examples cook the shoot like asparagus preferably steamed. The leaves are like nettles best boiled. Older leaves can be dried to make an acceptable herbal tea.

    The person that wrote this article clearly has not done any research.
    This article does not state which part of the plant was used in the
    juice or if the juice was made fresh from the plant or bought from the
    market. Aloe Vera drinks on the market have sugar, fructose and all
    other kinds of chemicals.

    I love aloe vera juice of gel for sunburn treatment, and I also find
    it makes a great skin protector to use after shaving or on dry patches of skin. In fact a
    single study in Thaliand’s Journal of Medicine reported that on patients who had moderate burns
    that healing on average increase by approximately 12
    days in comparison with group without aloe treatment. Raw juices are typically digested and absorbed and tend to
    be superb for those using a poor appetite, nausea,
    flatulence or an inflamed stomach or intestines.
