Experiment involving health?
Normally I’ll ingest more than I’m suppose to in calories and burn little more than I would at rest and I still maintain my weight, fluctuating from 130-137ish every week or so.
I’m going to be experimenting a little with a diet- I want to see how hard it’ll be to keep up this routine for 30 days without breaking away from it.
I’m going to eliminate carbonated beverages, drinking only water for these 30 days.
I’m also going to be exercising every morning and night for about half n’ hour and ingesting only 2,270 Calories a day.
Water intake will be above the daily recommended level, obviously.
I’m about 5’9 and 135Lbs.
How will this effect my health?
