2 hours of gym 5 days a week no major change in diet?
I just started going to the gym for a week now but am planning to stick to it for not less than six months. leaving in a quite big family its hard to change my diet because we all have to eat at the same time on the same table. am 150 pounds and i wanna loose 20 pounds. do you think 2 hours of gym 5 days a week will help me achieve this plan. Am graduating in 6 months i need to look best for my day. Do i have to make a diet? or even use some weight lose pills or stuff to achieve the goal? All thoughts are welcome.
