So i started exercising Monday (1/5/09)… I weight 135 and I just turned 27….
Monday — start day getting a feel—
Just tried a couple of machines..
Calf’s, triceps’s, and biceps’s (20 min)
Tuesday
I did a row…
Triceps’s, Biceps’s, Abs, thighs, Pecks, and all around (about 45 min)
Wed
Cardio 30 min Elliptical, Inner Thighs, Outer Thighs and Triceps
Thursday
Circuit routine (30 min)
Friday (today)
Row again (all around work out) (45 min)
