How long do you think?

So i started exercising Monday (1/5/09)… I weight 135 and I just turned 27….
Monday — start day getting a feel—
Just tried a couple of machines..
Calf’s, triceps’s, and biceps’s (20 min)
Tuesday
I did a row…
Triceps’s, Biceps’s, Abs, thighs, Pecks, and all around (about 45 min)
Wed
Cardio 30 min Elliptical, Inner Thighs, Outer Thighs and Triceps
Thursday
Circuit routine (30 min)
Friday (today)
Row again (all around work out) (45 min)

Open Question: Lipotrim? Has anyone tried it?

What is the positives and negatives of starting this programme. How effective has it been in helping you to loose weight-how much in what time?
I am going to start it next week and I just want some opinions on what you guys experienced.

How can I get more stomach muscle?

So far I just been doing a lot of sit ups. I have kind of a six pack but thats only when I flex my stomach muscles. Is there any good ways to gain more stomach muscle?

oops sorry bout doubling up on the question lol I also have limited resources, I prob cant make it to the gym and cant afford to buy any fancy gym equipment. So any help that is $0-$30 ish dollars is the best
I’m also like 14 and only 100 pounds, I’m more on the skinny side.
